I love selling real estate & that passion is evident in the market knowledge I provide and in making my customer's real estate transactions as stress-free as possible. I have often been told by my clients that “extra mile” is my middle name. Taking special care of every detail in a transaction is our team’s super power, which in turn makes for happy customers that become life-long friends.

I was raised in Durango, Colorado and hold a B.A from CSU & a Master’s degree in Education. I am a former middle & high school English teacher and school counselor. My move to a career in real estate 22 years ago allows me to still teach and counsel every day, just with a different classroom and different audience.

I returned to Fort Collins 10 years ago with my family after residing in Steamboat Springs for over 15 years where I began my real estate career.

Koby, a former professional baseball pitcher and division 1 athlete found his skills on the field to be equally beneficial in the business world. Since joining the Bishop Team in September 2022, Koby has helped facilitate over 55 million dollars in residential real estate transactions and helped increase team sales volume by over 30%. His degree in and passion for marketing makes him continuously seek niche markets of untapped business potential as he grows his own real estate database.

The Bishop Family

My husband, Tim, has been a public school principal for nearly 30 years and currently Is the Superintendent/Executive Director for New Vision Charter School in Loveland.

Our daughter McKensey is a graduate of the University of Denver Honor’s program in Biology and Chemistry. She is currently attending medical school at Quinnipiac University’s Frank Netter School of Medicine in New Haven, CT.

Koby's wife, Maggie, is a labor and delivery nurse at Northern Colorado Medical Center. She has recently accepted a job to be a Women's Health NP for Banner Health Care beginning in 2024. Maggie, a decorated collegiate athlete, won a softball national championship in 2019.
